Woking Sport Centre for Woking Heart Support Club

The Chairman of Woking Heart Support Club contacted me after hearing me on BBC Southern County Radio, I was chatting with Dominic Busby in the lead up to the London Marathon.
Dominic had agreed to also take part in the event and raise money for this charity via his listeners. Dominic said during the interview that the words "Heart Transplant and Marathon" don't belong in the same sentence.

The Chairman of W.H.S.C. then visited this website and sent me an email asking if I would be willing to talk to his members, which I agreed too.

The talks/presentation starts in Cape Town, South Africa with the worlds first heart transplant, then I talk about my illness and the lead up to transplant, the transplant itself, meeting my donor family and the events I am now able to take part in, finishing off with questions from the audience.

I do ask for a donation to the charity that will at least cover my expenses. We have our own projector and screen that we can use for these talks, or we can just come along and talk without them if you prefer.
